Trinity Health
Trinity Health is the country's third largest Catholic health
system and is sponsored by the Catholic Health Ministries. The name
Trinity Health represents a community of persons building
relationships to advance the healing mission of the Catholic Church.
The Trinity Health system owns and manages a large system of
hospitals. They are affiliated with other acute care facilities,
through Mercy Health Network (a joint operating company in Iowa with
Catholic Health Initiatives). In addition, the Trinity system has
outpatient facilities, long-term care and senior housing facilities,
home health and hospice offices, hospice programs, an architectural
firm, physician practice management and consulting company, and a
benefits and insurance company.

Group Membership Profile:
Trinity Health currently sponsors owned and affiliated facilities
in eleven states as active participants of the Consorta group.
Trinity Health system facilities include hospitals, surgery centers,
clinics, physician practices, nursing home and assisted living
sites, home health, hospice and DME facilities, outpatient
pharmacies, rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, and
laboratories, as well as other specialized business units.
